Four ways to work with me ...

1) One-on-One Coaching via Phone or In Person

Don't let the fluff fool you, Positive Psychology Based Life Coaching is truly a powerful practice. And it's not for the faint of heart (or mind).

We put so much time into yoga class, spin class, paleo recipe research, Facebook scrolling, Instagram scrolling, driving our kids to endless enrichment activities, yet we spend very little time getting to know what's between our ears (it's our brain, silly!).

Our brain dictates quite a bit of our life circumstances, so it's even more astounding how very few of us know how to manage our mind. We let it run wild with all kinds of shoulda, woulda, coulda's.

And when our brains roam the streets unsupervised, we tend to overreact, overcompensate or overindulge in order to just get through the day. When we apply tools from both positive psychology and coaching, there's virtually nothing our brains (and our badass selves) can't do. 

Is this a big promise? I don't think so. I have actually lived both ways. You don't come out of the womb knowing how to manage your mind (or if you do, our culture nurtures that right out of you by grade school). And you couldn't pay me enough to go back to living life directed by my un-coached brain. Those were some painful years to say the least.

People who have committed to growth through coaching are positive forces to be reckoned with. They are self-aware, self-assured and know what they want. No, they didn't show up to their first coaching session like this, they might have been scared, overwhelmed, stressed out, feeling stuck or just fed up, but, as I said from the beginning, coaching is powerful. Don't let the fluffy name fool you.

Step one is to schedule a free mini session. In this session, I explain a bit more about the process, you tell me more about what you're wanting to create. And we see if we're a good fit.

I work with one-on-one clients for a minimum of 3 months, so our chemistry is important to me. Don't worry, I have loads of reputable resources I can share, if I don't think I'm the person to get you where you want to go. 2) Email Coaching
Email coaching and text coaching are convenient options for those who want to work with me, but have challenging schedules, budget constraints, or just want to get more frequent feedback and accountability via email. This is also a great option for one-on-one clients who want to sustain their coaching program long after its ended. 

To get started, we book one 60-minute phone session so that we can map out our plan and get to know each other, then we proceed via email and/or text exchange.

You get daily prompts 5 days a week that are customized to what we've mapped out in your strategy session. You can also receive email coaching on other topics, as well. You'll get a minimum of 5 thoughtful, inspiring and helpful responses from me a week (unless I am out of town, in which case make up emails will be given throughout the month). 

The first month of email coaching is $199 including the phone session. Each subsequent month of email/text coaching is $99. To get started, email me: [email protected]

3) The Life Feast
6-week savoring and creativity course
This course is a 6-week creativity course. You'll be taking pictures, scribbling words and living life a bit more mindfully through a positive-psychology art infused lens. You do not need to be an artist or consider yourself to be "creative" to enjoy and thrive in this experience. If you are an artist, this might help get you out of any ruts that you're currently in. If you haven't touched a marker since before middle school, you're absolutely in the right place. 

4) Brainstorming Sessions for Your Business
If you've been in my world for any length of time, you might have noticed that I don't have a shortage of creative ideas. If you're in need of shaking up your business a bit, borrow my brain for a few hours. I offer 3-hour strategic and creative idea-storm sessions.
