I’m a champion of creativity, a smasher of self-doubt, and I used to be a haute mess of stress!
I'm an applied positive-psychology based coach and I'm the creator of The Life Feast - the online and “in the wild” membership you didn’t know you have been waiting half your life for.

- 12 60-minute coaching sessions. We meet for 3 sessions each month for approximately four months. Yes, we can easily schedule around vacations or other commitments.
